AVGUARD.EXE is NetSky worm. Kill the process %SysDir%\AVGUARD.EXE and remove %SysDir%\AVGUARD.EXE from Windows startup. Note! The AntiVir software contains the file legitimate file AVGUARD.EXE. But it is located in the Antivir folder: "C:\Program Files\AVPersonal\AVGUARD.EXE"
