Name Progmon.exe


Added as a result of the Peeper Virus.

Backdoor.Peeper is a Trojan Horse that allows a hacker to control an infected computer. By default, it listens on TCP port 5180.
Adds the values:
"Internt = %System%\Internt.exe..."
"Program File = %System%\Progmon.exe..."
to the registry key:

Then waits for commands from a remote user.
Backdoor.Peeper can be instructed to do the following things:
1. Disable mouse and keyboard input
2. Log out the current user
3. Restart the computer
4. Hide the mouse cursor
5. Steal information about the computer and send it by email to the hacker.

Automatic removal:
Use antivirus (also check How To Remove section)Startup Optimizer to remove it from startup.
