Cool Credits
1. Enter Director from the desktop or whatever!
2. Go to the help menu and the about director
3. Wait until the credits show and click the left mouse button
4. Look at the positions of the workers.. Cool!

Hidden Song
1. Click on Help|About
2. Wait for a while...
3. While waiting you can watch the credits and play around with the dancing logos
4. After a while you will see a smiley pop out
5. Click and drag on this smiley and release
6. You will be treated to a song

Bill is Evil
In Director 8 and 8.5, open the Message window and type:

I like Bill

Note the change to the Director user interface! After you are done being ill, you can revert to the normal user interface style by typing:

Bill is Evil

During the Director 8 beta cycle, one of the Director engineers, Glenn Ruehle made an attempt to give Director a user interface make-over. Unfortunately it wasn't very well received by the beta list and so, instead of pursuing it further, the code was commented out. Realizing that someone might want to see the user interface example in the future, he added a simple method for revealing it.
