What do you mean by nameing one? They're asking US to name some. How can you expect them to name one?
In answer to your question, it depends on if you're wanting a free app or not. As it seems that you are only trying to do this for one file, it doesnt' seem worth it to spend any money. And in that case, I don't really know of any. I know a couple you can buy though. Try going to
www.videohelp.com. There are tons of guids out there, and their forums would be really helpful.
