I just bought a Packard Bell KB-200 cordless keyboard and
mouse but am having trouble installing it.

I pressed the little buttons for the ID setting as
instructed and ensured the receiver is away from my
monitor etc.

I have followed the instructions carefully and installed
the drivers from the cd supplied. I'm using the correct
ports for the receiver (the mouse & key board ports. Even
the colour coding is the same as on my old mouse and
keyboard so I can't be going wrong there!)

But so far, there is no reponse from either the mouse or
keyboard when plugged in. My old ones work fine. I have
tried restarting the computer with the new cordless
keyboard and mouse plugged in, but still no reponse.

The manual is no help at all as it doesn't even cover
this problem. So I'm a bit stuck. Can anyone help?

I have XP Home Edition btw
