video controller and multimedia audio controller

Hi, I have just completed a clean install of xp pro on a machine that looks like it was home built.

I noticed in device manager there is a ? next to "other devices" which lists Multimedia Audio controller and Video controller. I am guessing these refer to the sound and video card.

I have opened the box up and can not locate these cards.

I need drivers right? How can i tell who the manufacturer is and what cards i have?
I ran the Belarc Advisor and got the following. Not sure what it tells me. can anyone help?
