This is a link to ECS KM400 M2, http://www.ecsusa.com/downloads/km400-m2.html but go to Device manager and check whether any yellow ! or red x shown, this will give idea of what the problem is. Check the board again to see if ECS is shown.Don't download BIOS update untill we know what is needed.
