Decided to just buy an all new dell with all the goodies. Tell me what you guys/gals all think about this setup.

Hard Drive: 160GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM)
CD/DVD Drive: 16X CD/DVD burner (DVD+/-RW)
Sound Card: Integrated Sound Blaster® Audigy® ADVANCED HD Audio
I'll be adding a 17" NEC monitor but as far as interals go just a NetGear PCI slot wireless adapter. Let me know if this sounds good or not. Thanks.
