Basically to run in dual channel (if your board supports it) the ram should be identical sticks, if your board does not support dual channel then three other sticks differing from the first isn't going to matter much, just make sure you get the same latencies, I presume you are running at 166 so the latencies to look for would be 2.5-3-3-7 (PC 2700 DDR 333) I've never heard of Elpida brand ram, look for brands such as OCZ, Geil, or Kingston.
If you are not into overclocking then value ram will do fine.
