Driver needed for Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio Device ( I think)

Hi

I appear not to have sound on my newly rebuilt p.c. (at least that's what the kiddies say)

And I am wondering if it is for the need of a driver.

Under Device Manager
Other devices has a big yellow question mark
Multimedia audio controller has a big yellow question mark
USB Device has a big yellow question mark

I have downloaded Belarc Advisor and run it:

I also had a look at a few of the responses found to my lack of sound. In one of your threads previously I found the following:

Need a little more information, what is the make and model number of you computer, or if custom built what is the motherboards make.
Look again at device Manager under Sound, video and game controllers, expand and look for a listing that just gives sound, if we can identify the sound device we can get an updated driver.

When I look under 'Sound, video and game controllers' I dont find a listing that just gives sound. In fact none of the listings mention the word sound.

Can some nice person help me get the sound going. Thanks
