Sorry this was a general post. I was redoing a Dell Laptop, whose hard drive crashed. Ohh yea, tech support was a real help
I finally got an OS cd from them,but not the revovery one with the correct drivers, but not all the drivers loaded. They sent me a Windows XP sp2, it is up an running, but several items , even with the support drivers will not load. I was looking for a program that would tell the installer what the hardware is, so we can get the correct drivers.
