First use System Restore to go back to before the problem occured, if this does not solve the problem follow the steps below.
Your service tag is B9L5361
Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Go here to Dell
http://support.euro.dell.com/support...&os=WW1&osl=EN
Download and install the chipset driver then
RESTART your comp
then download and install the audio driver
