Your motherboard is running quite cool and your cpu is ok.
Were those hard drive temps at idle? They shouldn't get that hot unless they are under lots of load.
If you have not added extra fans yet be sure to do so. One blowing out the back(under the psu) and one blowing in from the front of the case will do wonders. Fans are cheap and effective. You can also enlarge vents or add more vents. Running with the side off will help for the time being. If the hard drives are mounted in neighbouring bays, move one of them to another bay if you have a spare. The upper hard drive gets cooked otherwise.
I would try to get those temps down if you want to get good life out of that hardware.
