Avast Anitvirus will do a boot scan, which is nice, it takes forever, but it helped me find a few hidden bugs in m system.

I would also suggest to see what stuff has been added to your system32 folder by organizing it by date, then weed out what you know is good and you'll see some suspicious files I am sure. These guys don't want this stuff removed from your computer. Other than that I don't have any more advice, I'd seek professional help or a sledge hammer.

I have norton internet security 2006 for god's sake, if that can't remove spyfalcon, I doubt any of these crappy little tricks or spyware removers that you can download for "free" will work.
