Having a very good idea of how it got there, I tried to uninstall the program that likely (definately) put Spy Falcon on. Now my system seems to be trashed completely. I have no problem formatting and re-installing everything, but I don't want to lose 70+ gigs worth of mostly important, irreplacable files. We bought a new computer, and I tride putting my harddrive in it to salvage what I could, but my drive doesn't show up and can't be accessed. This new computer is really kinda crappy, so the problem may be with it. Does anybody know for sure if trying to remove Spy Falcon incorrectly completely ruins a harddrive? That is, should I still be able to retrieve my files, or am I SOL?

So, just wondering. Anybody able to answer my question? I really need to know. It's great all of the advice on here to help get rid of Spy Falcon, but it really doesn't help in my situation. Surely not everybody that has gotten Spy Falcon read this stuff first and knew right off how to get rid of it. Anybody?
