basically when you unzipped the file it added a folder in C drive with the .exe file in it. i ran it and it went to a screen where it looks like its installing the driver, well technically it is and it's not, you see it gets to 94% completion then stops, saying its waiting for the driver to be ready. here's the tricky part ^^ b/c windows opens up the add hardware window saying its found a new hardware, but if you hit to install the driver automatic windows won't find it. what you have to do is in the add hardware wizard in control panel, you have to hit Yes i already have the hardware connected, then on the next page hit the Multimedia Audio Controller icon with the big yellow ? on it. now here's the part where it will say if you want to automatically install the driver or choose a location or pick don't do anything i will install the driver myself. you hit that one on the bottom. on the next page will be a list of companies and there drivers. in that list will be the company from your codec that was waiting at 94% ^^ all you do then is hit it and click install and it will finish by installing the driver and you just restart and your done =) just remember you have to choose you want to manually install the driver, windows won't find it on its on, you have to physically choose it from the company list b/c the program adds it to the list when it hangs at 94% any more questions let me know i'll try to better explain it
