If you say you have no sound, lets see. Go: control panel, sounds+ audio devices, sounds, progran event. Click one of the sound types to hi-lite it. Left click the triangle, if it turns to a square, you have sound. Look at your speakers. If the triangle stays then drivers or card are the problem. DRIVERS .... go to control panel, system, hadware, device manager. Pick the sound device and expand it. right click the sound device (example-- creative) and left click update driver. If that doesn't work go back and uninstall. Then go to control panel and "add hardware" If that doesn't work you will have to use a cd or find drivers on line. Good luck Lenny
