I installed Ubuntu but have no internet connection. Using a Netgear ethernet card with ntl cable modem. I have trawled through all the dialogues but can find no way to enable it.
The system recognises the adapter and I entered my ip and dns addresses but still nothing. Help or ideas would be appreciated.
