Cool Big problemo :-(

Each user account have it's unique GUID.
If you delete user account and create with the same login it will not help you because you will get new GUID.

You should restore Active Directory from the backup.
Or you can try to login into the desktop computer which already have this account (network must be off).
Than plug network cable.
Now you logged into the system.
Than try to add this account into the Active Directory. Probably you will save your GUID.
