Click Here to open Kelly's Korner.

Scroll down to line 260 and in the right-hand pane, click on "System32 Folder Opens on Boot" to download a small vbs file (might have to right click it, left click "Save target as"). If your antivirus alerts, tell it to ignore...the file is safe.

Once it's downloaded, run it according to the directions at the top of the Kelly's Korner page and that should fix the problem.
