Model number is either NB3000 or 244C10 depending on what sticker you look at.
Can't find serial number sticker anywhere inside or out. But have found these numbers:
P/N 40-UB0096-30
S/N 040708LB0971
Someone told me you can get these details from a file on the machine called rmequip.log I cannot find this file through explorer and I got very lost looking through www.rm.com/support The website says you should put in your serial number and model number but I can't find where to put it.
