Well there is a new Virus online that is acting as a Windows WGA (Genuine validation Tool) and it installs a bunch of crap in your system. Very similar behavior to what you are getting. I can't say for sure that is what you have in your system though. Did you try the Webroot Software?? and the Spybot search and destroy I posted before???
