I am not a moderater, but as no mod seems to be addressing this issue: Would members please NOT post their new problems into an existing thread, even if it looks identical. This is not fair on the original poster as they have trouble keeping track of relevant replies to their specific problem!
Please start a NEW thread, don't 'hijack' someone else's!
