Set a System Restore Point before installing driver just in case

First install No:8 the Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility, then RESTART your comp.

Check Device Manager after this installation, to see if you need other drivers,or not

Then if still no sound install No:4 the audio driver.

No:3 is your Ethernet driver,
