Hi everyone
The problem is that now whenever I try to save an image from a website, the image name appears as 'untitled' and the file extension as 'bmp' as default, even though the file has a name and the extension is 'jpg' which is found in the properties of the image.
This was not the case until a few days ago. Yes, rarely I do get to save the images in their default 'jpg' extns. with their original file name.
I hope that an amateur like me has made my query clear to everyone.
