It's a known problem with Internet Explorer. Emptying the cache usually fixes it: in Internet Explorer go to Tools>Internet Options and on the General tab, click the "Delete Files" button. Check the box for "offline content" in the dialog box that opens and click OK.
When it's finished deleting the cache files, click OK to close the Internet Options window and try saving a picture.
