Set a System Restore Point before installing just in case

Had a similar problem with this board, go here to ECS http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWeb/Downloa...uID=35&LanID=9

download and install the PCtel AMR/CNR Modem driver, it appears to be linked to the audio.
