Hola,
The administrators in my office installed the Nero 6.6.0.19 in a XP Pro, and it works fine when it is acceded as administrator, but when I logged with my (advanced) user account, the nerostartsmart crashes.
The error report is:
AppName: nerostartsmart.exe AppVer: 2.0.0.29 ModName: shortcut.dll
ModVer: 2.3.82.2315 Offset: 0000977e
Can anybody help me with this?
