alright the fat lady has sung. Barbara, the soundmax didnt work either it went through the whole process, restarted and this time it says soundmax audio with the yellow!. i dont know what else to do. i think we've tried just about every solution. i get my hopes up and it still gives me this m#@^a f$@&*n code 10........excuse my anger for a minute. do you think this one can be solved???? either way, you are a great person and i dont know how to thank you enough. I do know who to talk to whenever im having a problem though...lol. ill wait to hear from you.
