you don't need to do this if you don't move, load, and install files all the time...the Defragement Now has an "Analyze" button that would analize your disk and would tell you if you need or doesn't need to defrag....even if it tells you that you don't need to defrag as long as you see a lot of red lines in the analysis result, then you can go on and defrag...in my experience, it made my applications response faster...
