How did u instal the drivers from net or update the existing one? It's better that you instal whatever is given in your CD along with the device.Then go to the properties and click the update driver and select the new driver for the device that you might had downloaded from the products website for ur OS.This may work,coz I did this way and found it successful.Direct installing of the drivers from net got me tot his same problem of the system getting freezed .then safe mode..remove..instal etc etc...Just try this out.If lucky this may work for u too....
