[edit]: basically what i'm trying to say is that there is no indication of SiS on my computer at all. just the chip i can physically see when looking inside the computer (left part of case is taken off due to overheating ... have a fan on it lol).

This is a picture of the motherboard,
http://uk.asus.com/products4.aspx?mo...l2=12&l3 =183 (click enlarge for a better view ) on the left 3 white PCI sockets, parallel with them is the brown AGP socket, a graphic card will be in this socket if the onboard graphics are not being used. The board is advertised with powerfull intergrated graphics. if no card in that slot, go to the ASUS link and install the VGA driver.

Top left under Downloads / Input Models to Search - type P4S8X-MX / Search info / P4S8X-MX / VGA / SiS graphics V3.65
