firstly
ensure that your Anti Virus software is up to date and then virus check your system.
If you haven't got AV on your system get some sorted ASAP.
If you have a parasite / spyware similar to the 'XUPITER' thing you will need to search the internet for the rectification.
I had 'XUPITER' and had to manually edit the System Registry before I could delete the files.
