i am not real sure about this, but i remember seeing something about holding down ctrl while clicking refresh, or something to that effect.
i am not sure how to explain this unless IE only looks for new file names when refreshing pages, then this would bypass the cached files and do a forced reload. but again, i feel i am reaching.
