Hi,
Thank you so much for the Administrative tools tip, it finally gives me an easy way to fix this problem that has been plaguing me for months, and no one at compUSA had any idea how to fix. Unfortunately though, when I do the administrative tools fix, I have some other minor problems that occur. Mainly, I use Windows XP Media Center edition, and my remote control is no longer able to control the volume once I use the fix. Any ideas of how I can solve this issue. I appreciate everyone on here so far, if this last fix is possible, you will all be life savers.
