Hi all.
Ive got a really weird problem and I hope you can help me. I use a bit torrent like program called Azureus, and have had no problems with it lately until today. I opened up a port on my DSL-G640T router for the TCP and UDP port so Azureus would work fine. It worked great for a while, but then my wireless would intermittently disconnect. I would turn off the router and then turn it back on and it would work again which was fine, but after a while it dissappeared from my machine, and in the device manager it told me that the device could not start. So i downloaded the latest drivers for the wireless network adapter: Intel (R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG. When I installed these, the device began working fine and I could connect to my router. The only thing that worries me is now in my network connections tab I have some kind of Internet Gateway. Im worried that perhaps through the open port I opened earlier, someone has managed to get through and has set up that connection to either have access to my Internet connection, or my computer. Or worse, both.
When trying to disable it, it says it is already in use, or dealing with a request. Please take a peek at the screenshots using the web links below. The first time I saw it, i clicked the settings tab on the internet gateway properties, and it had two boxs, for UdPnP? I think it was something like that. Both were for Azureus.
I hope someone can lend me some advice on this.
Thanks in advance.
