for the record: i think most web surfers place less importance on the actual NUMBER of pages but rather care about the ease of use and the search effectiveness. i've used both google and alltheweb and i still think i find more relavent and useful pages on google. afterall, when we are talking about two BILLION pages, isn't that .07 compared to .1-- that's 2,100,000,000 instead of 2,070,000,000... sure, that's 30 million, but that still means google has 99% of what alltheweb does.
