So, I've tried every possible way to delete the file and still can't.

Some of the things I've tried:
1) Command prompt - change attributes and then delete (didn't have rights)
2) Safe mode - change "ownership" and then delete
3) MoveOnBoot - cool app that's supposed to be able to delete the application when booting.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I really need consistent access to the folder its in.

Thanks!

Alternatively, download HijackThis v 1.99.1, click Open the Misc Tools section, Delete a file on reboot, select the file and follow the on-screen prompts. Don't play with anything else in this program. In the wrong hands, it has the potential to destroy an OS.
