Unwanted RESTART at BOOT SCREEN

I recently updated my computer's motherboard and processor. After connecting my 3 HDD's the computer told me to insert a bootable device. I tried installing windows and it said my hardware did not support XP x64, but after researching my parts i concluded they did, or should support it. I then disconnected all but one HDD and now it reaches the very first boot screen, the primary device is found (my one HDD) flashes for an instant, the motherboard beeps once and then restarts.

I've looked up my BIOS, an AMI and one site says to replace the motherboard because its a memory failure but another says its fine. I just need a straight answer as to how to get my computer back up and running please.
