SET A SYSTEM RESTORE BEFORE INSTALLING JUST IN CASE

You need to check which Creative Labs SB Live card you have installed, do to Device Manager / right click the Creative Labs SB Live / Properties and make a note of the version Then go here to Dell http://support.euro.dell.com/support...os=WW1&osl=EN#

under Audio there are 2 drivers for your card a 24 bit and a 5.1 digital get the one that matches your version in Device manager.

Hope this helps
