Well I reinstalled XP Home along with reformatting

Network Controller
PCI Device
Each of these devices have a question mark next to them.

Each of these are working properly, which quotes from properties. I just aint sure what to download to get my sound back again.

Do you know the model of your Medion PC, look over the tower. I think it may be a T series, come back with what you find
