Download, install and run CCleaner.
Do not use the issues section.
Then
Download, install, update and run AVG Anti-Spyware
Then
Download, install, update and run a-squared
It would be advisable to save the scan results, as they may be required later.
Then post at ONE of the following sites, as they are better able to help you: -
