from the position of the radio jacks, you could have a sound card installed, and the fact that a PCI device is missing again points to a sound card. What make and model is your comp, the audio driver should be available on their site. You can get the ADI from Asus. Go here

top left Input Model to Search - type P4SGX-MX / P4SGX-MX / Audio
Set a System Restore Point before installing just in case
