I got all my other drivers form the same page and they worked just fine so i should be in the right spot. If i run the HXFSetup.exe, nothing seems to happen. If i run the regular Setup.exe, it says installation failed. Do you have any thoughts?

the correct driver is intel 323_wdm3940.zip, i had the same problem, and this driver work in my computer. (mx6124 gateway laptop) with winxp home.
