Another question:In looking at my belarcs report it looks like im getting updates for service pack3, I thought I had 2.Should I do something about that?

AOL active virus shield
ccleander
hdcleaner
startupmechanic
spybotsearch and destroy
Ad-aware personal
I have been using those and my computer has seemed pretty clean and safe.I did have other stuff but tried to keep it simple because I was having trouple with my broadband spead (RCN).I think while on the phone with their customer service is when Idecide something to my sound device.I was going through odcb and maybe messed something up thinking i had remains of outpost firewall.
