I ran the set up file, it uninstalled the previous version, and re-installed the driver.After re-starting the PC, at the Device Manager, the SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio still has an exclamation mark in front, and there is still the msg " this device cannot start (code 10)" . Do you still have an unknown device error, where are your radio jacks, are they near the keyboard and mouse sockets on the I/O plate or lower down in an exspansion slot, you could have a sound card installed.
