Hi Babara, Thank you for your patience in helping me to solve the problem.
YES! I still have an unknown device error,which shows as
Location: on LifeView Fly TV Prime 30, there is a msg "the device is not configured correctly(code 1)", though my LifeView Fly TV Prime 30 seems to be "working properly" as shown in the device manager.
Every time I restart my PC, there is always msg that says it detected new hardware-Printer(which I didn't connect), and Media (which I am not sure what is it exactly that was detected.
I am not sure about your other questions, as I know very very very little about hardware.
