Yes, but the Sony Shared Library should have been installed before the Notebook Utilities, one thought, with the download taxi it is possible to download drivers en mass so to speak, if you download and save to CD, you could use Device Manager to install problem devices. Also if you have a recovery CD or driver CD try useing Device manager to install.
This is how, you put the CD in drive, then close it, go to Device Manager / right click problem device / select Install / say No to going online at M$ / yes to disk / and Device manager should find the driver on the disc in CD drive and install
