I have read a ton of posts in this forum regarding problems with AC97 soundcards, and I have tried a lot of different drivers - Realtek, C-Media, nothing seems to work. I've done google searches, basically I can't figure out what to do next - I'm sure its not a hardware problem. It's enabled in the BIOS (and its definately an AC97 as it says so in the bios), volume controls are all up to full, I'm sure its just a matter of finding the right driver.
i need your help ,i wanna my sound back ?

That board has Via AC'97 audio, go here to MSI
http://www.msi.com.tw/program/suppor...UID=586&kind=1
get the Via AC'97 PCI audio driver
Set a System Restore Point before installing just in case
Hope this helps
