Is the video card in the PCIEXP1, PCI EX Master slot on the board, try reseating again, then use Device manager to try installing.
Insert nVidia disc in cd drive and close, go to Device Manager / right click the problem highlighted / right click / select install, Hardware Wizard launches, it should find the driver on the disc and install
